1.Every Item (not any cosmetic product) is Eligible for Replacement Within 7 Days from Date of Delivery.
2.The Product should be returned in Original Condition.
3.Please Keep the Item In its original Condition, With Brand Outer box user
manual, Warranty cards, Coupons and Other Accompaniments in manufacturer
packaging.
4.Order will be exchange for a new identical product of a different color & size,
term and condition will be different.
5.Received an item that is different from item you have ordered will be
exchanged.
6.Received item in poor, damaged condition it should be return.
7.All cost associated with returning the item to as including shipping charges and
any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken by you.
8.Provide free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 500 or more.
9.Cosmetic products and Cosmetic skin products are not returnable.
10.Once we receive the product back will verify it packaging.
11.For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such
products are installed by the brand’s authorized personnel.
12.All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals,
chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
13.Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
